Mixology was always on my list to explore more, and I wanted to learn from the best.
I started my own research almost a year in order to search the right programme provider.
Since I flew from Asia, I registered all of their training courses.
From the first day of training, it was very organized and productive.
Sam, the instructor for Global Bartenders Course, was a industry professional and had various national and international experience.
The course was serious, but we had a lot of fun and share the knowledge and experiences.
Myles conducted the rest including Advanced Bartender Course & Advanced Molecular Mixology Course.
It was extremely bespoke and personal training since I was the only student. I felt I was very very lucky.
I highly recommend Mixology group to start. Myles and his team showed me the highest level of service and professionalism throughout my training.
Myles was our virtual cocktail masterclass teacher and he was great fun, he made the class interactive and sociable. He was happy to answer as many random questions as we could throw at him!
Would highly recommend.
Thank you Zoe & Myles
Zoe was super helpful, trying to find exactly what we wanted for a reasonable price. The mixologist was friendly and brought fun and facts to the night!
Really great day. When first got out of taxi at location…wasn’t too sure!! As I had booked this I was a little nervous how it would go for the group. My apprehension didn’t last long though!! Miles was brilliant, really “made” the session. He is interesting, knows what he’s talking about and engaged well with everyone. A really great day. Also like to mention the other guy working with Miles, can’t recall his name. Very quiet, but a really nice, respectful guy…makes a good cocktail too.
I am writing to express my thanks and delight for the wonderful cocktail event we had this weekend. ‘G’ was truly exceptional with the perfect blend of information and humour. We had a absolute ball! The best event by far! Please could you pass our sincere thanks onto him and your team for such a great event
Just wanted to drop you a note to say a massive thank you for Saturday; Tim was an absolute superstar and all the girls said that it was brilliant fun and really interesting. I’m pretty sure that your master-class will be booked again for any hen weekends that they’ll be organising in the future.
I just wanted to pop you a line to thank you so much for all your help with the Cocktail Bar on 11th. The mixologists were amazing and the cocktails were fantastic – as you can imagine, they went down amazingly well and everyone has raved about them.
Your help and advice was gratefully received and contributed to a really successful and memorable evening, so thankyou again for helping to make the evening so special.
Private event client
Having a mixologist at the event really gave it that extra something. The cocktails were fantastic and all the guests complimented us on them. Thank you for all your help before and during the event – it helped everything run smoothly and certainly made it a party to remember.
Thank you so much for your services for my party. It went down really well and everybody I have spoken to loved the cocktails and you! I would have no hesitation in recommending you to any of my clients. I was very impressed with your professionalism and service style.

Dear Mixology Group team:
A quick note to express how happy we are by your services provided last Monday.
This was a lengthy and sometimes painful process due to third parties and you never failed on delivering communications.
Thank you so much for all your help. Our conference was definitely a success and the team Mixology Group helped us to achieve that success.
Thanks Zoe and team! You guys rock and I am happy to be a referral if you need so.
Hi Zoe and team
I just wanted to pass on my, and the company’s, thanks for your team’s great support at the event on Friday.
It was a great success, your boys did a sterling job and I think over-exceeded the number of cocktails which were expected to be made.
Needless to say we will keep you on speed dial for any future outdoor events as the service, set up and management was excellent.

The Group runs approved and accredited courses in Brighton and also travels to provide training in cocktails and mixology, molecular mixology and bartenders certification.
Myles Cunliffe, director, Mixology Group, said that the growing trend for cocktails is reaching a new high, with more attention being paid to the provenance of drinks and the education of service staff.
“I work with the best and I want to show my students the best as well. In my opinion Meiko is the ‘best’ when it comes to glasswashing machinery,” he explains.
