Zoe was super helpful, trying to find exactly what we wanted for a reasonable price. The mixologist was friendly and brought fun and facts to the night!

Dear Mixology Group team:
A quick note to express how happy we are by your services provided last Monday.
This was a lengthy and sometimes painful process due to third parties and you never failed on delivering communications.
Thank you so much for all your help. Our conference was definitely a success and the team Mixology Group helped us to achieve that success.
Thanks Zoe and team! You guys rock and I am happy to be a referral if you need so.
Regards

A big thank you from myself and my team, you make the process feel very seamless and run the bar in a professional manner and I know I don’t really have to worry about it onsite – that is such a huge relief and much appreciated.

Dear Myles,
I am writing to extend my thanks and gratitude for the Mixology course delivered to Andrea. His feedback is very good; he had a fantastic experience made possible by your support. He learnt a lot and he is very thankful to the company and yourself for that.
It is a great opportunity to thank you once again for the quality of both, the knowledge and the training delivery that you have offered to our colleague,
Thank you again and I look forward to continuing to be in touch.
Sincerely,
Michel SNP – Training Manager

Mixology was always on my list to explore more, and I wanted to learn from the best.
I started my own research almost a year in order to search the right programme provider.
Since I flew from Asia, I registered all of their training courses.
From the first day of training, it was very organized and productive.
Sam, the instructor for Global Bartenders Course, was a industry professional and had various national and international experience.
The course was serious, but we had a lot of fun and share the knowledge and experiences.
Myles conducted the rest including Advanced Bartender Course & Advanced Molecular Mixology Course.
It was extremely bespoke and personal training since I was the only student. I felt I was very very lucky.
I highly recommend Mixology group to start. Myles and his team showed me the highest level of service and professionalism throughout my training.

Hard-Working, creative and professional, they deliver 100%, 100% of the time. They have provided a solid foundation across the scope of our work and are at home in whatever environment we work in whether that be the Wilderness Festival or for our event for JBL / Google.

Mixology were absolutely terrific. No fuss, highly professional. Sam the Mixologist made the evening taking everything in his stride and producing outrageously good margaritas and pisco sours in particular. First class all round and messages received from all who came to the party have ben unanimous in praise. To be used again for sure!

Having a cocktail barman at my 40th birthday party was really fantastic. It made it a really special evening and everyone loved it – even those people I thought would drink beer. Our barman, Charlie, was charismatic but very professional and, of course, made excellent cocktails. In fact all the staff at Mixology were great to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.

All the guys, led by Tim, were truly great. Good attitude, good service. Very happy indeed that you were recommended to me – caterers, your team and the band all led to a superb night and lots of people commented on the brilliant cocktails. You’re onto a winner

Just a quick email to say how brilliant our Molecular Masterclass yesterday was. The guys really played the event out well to accommodate the small space and group, and everyone had a great time. It really made our evening! The cocktails were delicious too!

I can highly recommend the Mixology Group. I attended the Beginners Cocktail course and it was everything I hoped it would be. I looked into a lot of different types of Cocktail ‘masterclasses’ but most seemed to be a 1/2 hr fun experience where you learn a cocktail or 2 and get drunk. And i’m sure they are all fun but I was looking for something a bit more thorough where I would really learn some cocktail skills. This was definitely the right course for that. Over 6 hours of instruction, with loads of practical chances to get behind the bar. Myles is a brilliant teacher, he knows his stuff and is passionate about cocktails but also makes it funny and has some good stories to tell. His theory behind teaching you the concept behind each drink rather than individual specific recipes is great, you learn the confidence to make the drinks but also then experiment at home. We tasted loads of different spirits and there were more cocktails than we could actually drink – how sad to see some of them go to waste! But Myles didn’t clock watch and the drinks flowed, I had to rush off as the course was still going half an hour past the finish time. Thank you Myles

The hire of a bar from Mixology Group really helped make my 40th birthday party special. It was a real focal point and the barman was lovely

Mixology Group leans on Meiko to support cocktail classes
Mixology Group has chosen to work with Meiko glasswashers to cater for its increasingly popular drinks and bar training courses.
The Group runs approved and accredited courses in Brighton and also travels to provide training in cocktails and mixology, molecular mixology and bartenders certification.
Myles Cunliffe, director, Mixology Group, said that the growing trend for cocktails is reaching a new high, with more attention being paid to the provenance of drinks and the education of service staff.
“I work with the best and I want to show my students the best as well. In my opinion Meiko is the ‘best’ when it comes to glasswashing machinery,” he explains.
