Spring is here!
And with it comes another delicious creation from the Mixology Group & Drink Me collaboration, this time a classy twist on the uncontested bartenders off duty cocktail choice!
This complex re-imagination on this Mixologists favourite, the Negroni, combines Escubac Liqueur, Noilly Pratt dry vermouth, Blackdown Artisanal Gin and Ferdinand Saars Bitters and transforms the powerful flavours and strong bitter notes into something little more delicate, the perfect cocktail for spring!
Here’s the Video!
You will need:
– 25ml Gin
– 25ml Escubac Liqueur
– 25ml Dry Vermouth
Simply add each 25ml shot of every spirit into a mixing glass. Chuck in some cubed ice and stir until chilled, strain out and serve straight up. Add an additional few drops of your choice of bitters, something light and quite sweet balances the drink well, we used Ferdinand Saars Riesling Quince bitters for the florally aroma it balances on top of the drink.
