This is a unique dry ice storage system which allows you to keep small amounts of dry ice to hand. The Ice Pour is a stainless steel canister with amazing insulation properties – it can hold dry ice for over three days!
The ice pour holds around 900 g of dry ice. It is a fantastic way of having dry ice on hand. The container can be stored in a fridge always available for when you need it – suitable for any venue, restaurant, club, bar or kitchen it also looks professional and compact.

You were a HUGE success at our 40th birthday party and certainly added to the enjoyment. The cocktails were delicious and expertly made and Myles, Symeon and G were great to have around. Prior to the party Myles and Zoe were very helpful with cocktail suggestions and the added extras such as glass hire. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to make their party have the wow factor.

From the first day of training, it was very organized and productive.
Sam, the instructor for Global Bartenders Course, was a industry professional and had various national and international experience.
The course was serious, but we had a lot of fun and share the knowledge and experiences.
Myles conducted the rest including Advanced Bartender Course & Advanced Molecular Mixology Course.
It was extremely bespoke and personal training since I was the only student. I felt I was very very lucky.

Mixology group get an honourable mention for their role at the Observer Food Monthly Awards 2010
Well-known cocktail consultant Myles Cunliffe has taken over the mixology “lab” at The Marshall Free House at 1211 Battleground Ave. in Greensboro.
For the next couple of weeks, Cunliffe is visiting the restaurant to improve general drink development in the restaurant's state-of-the-art molecular gastronomy lab where alcoholic infusions and other progressive bartending techniques are being perfected.
