Our Mixology Classes

While our cocktail masterclasses are the perfect entertainment on a fun night out, our mixology classes are for bartenders and enthusiasts who want to learn more about the art. In our Introduction to Cocktails and Mixology class, our experienced trainers will teach you about the basic spirits and liqueurs, as well as showing you techniques to create delicious cocktails.

We also offer advanced courses and professional bartender training qualifications which are perfect for anyone who wants to work in the industry or expand their current skills. Our two and five day courses cover complex mixology methods and practical knowledge of the industry in general.

The Professional Bartending Course is perfect for individuals who want to expand their CV, and employers who want a sophisticated training course for staff. It covers a wide range of topics, from cocktails and measures to customer service and licensing laws. We also have a Train the Trainer two day course for bar managers with at least two years experience. This covers advanced cocktails, how to train people and menu writing and costing.

Our expert team provide one day courses in the exciting new trend of molecular mixology, with two levels of course available. Here you can learn exciting techniques like foams, flavoured ‘air’, spherification (little round droplets) and nitrous infusion to create intriguing treats which are out of this world.

Our Bartender School

All mixology classes are held in our contemporary bartender school in Brighton, in prime location near the beach and pier. Each of our trainers has been handpicked for having extensive experience in the industry and a passion for what they do. They provide fun, informative classes which not only help students learn new skills and meet new friends, but provide working knowledge which changes businesses and lives. We even help our graduates find jobs; our current alumni are working on cruise ships and in bars and restaurants across the globe.
