The hire of a bar from Mixology Group really helped make my 40th birthday party special. It was a real focal point and the barman was lovely
Just wanted to drop you a note to say a massive thank you for Saturday; Tim was an absolute superstar and all the girls said that it was brilliant fun and really interesting. I’m pretty sure that your master-class will be booked again for any hen weekends that they’ll be organising in the future.
Having a cocktail barman at my 40th birthday party was really fantastic. It made it a really special evening and everyone loved it – even those people I thought would drink beer. Our barman, Charlie, was charismatic but very professional and, of course, made excellent cocktails. In fact all the staff at Mixology were great to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.
Mixology were absolutely terrific. No fuss, highly professional. Sam the Mixologist made the evening taking everything in his stride and producing outrageously good margaritas and pisco sours in particular. First class all round and messages received from all who came to the party have ben unanimous in praise. To be used again for sure!

It was a great success, your boys did a sterling job and I think over-exceeded the number of cocktails which were expected to be made.

Mixology Group have been an integral part of our strategy for Fentimans brand plans over the last 2 years. We have worked very closely with them on many of our marketing and events campaigns and found them to be very professional, efficient and innovative in both logistical operations and bar/area design of key events like BBC Goodfood Show and Taste of London. They have also been consulted on various occasions for cocktails & mocktails drink design, product launches and speeches on our behalf at large industry events like the 2018 Vodka Summit. Their staff are fully trained on our brand and deliver fantastic service at all shows and events, we hope to continue our strong relationship going forward.
Really great day. When first got out of taxi at location…wasn’t too sure!! As I had booked this I was a little nervous how it would go for the group. My apprehension didn’t last long though!! Miles was brilliant, really “made” the session. He is interesting, knows what he’s talking about and engaged well with everyone. A really great day. Also like to mention the other guy working with Miles, can’t recall his name. Very quiet, but a really nice, respectful guy…makes a good cocktail too.

We have been working with Mixology Group since 2015. During that time, they have created cocktail menus for all 5 of our venue’s, designed and implemented a bespoke ongoing training program, created a YouTube channel and shot videos to support our continual staff training, consulted on and supported with staff for the launch of all of the cocktail menus and have supplied us with support staff regularly.
We have always found Mixology Group to give 100% to our brand, they have been creative in their training therefore aiding us to get the most from our staff by creating confidence behind the bar within them. And over a 3-year period they have never let us down with event staff, who are always suited to our venue.
We would highly recommend working with Mixology Group and hope that our relationship continues with them into the future.

Well-known cocktail consultant Myles Cunliffe has taken over the mixology “lab” at The Marshall Free House at 1211 Battleground Ave. in Greensboro.
For the next couple of weeks, Cunliffe is visiting the restaurant to improve general drink development in the restaurant's state-of-the-art molecular gastronomy lab where alcoholic infusions and other progressive bartending techniques are being perfected.

From Friday 6 - Sunday 15 July over 50 different venues will be taking part in Brighton Cocktail Week - yes we know that is more than a week but that just means extra time to try more cocktails!
During the extra long week anyone with a wristband (£10) will be able to buy cocktails at participating venues for just £5. With so many venues taking part here's a few of our favourites to help you get started....
A company based in Brighton has become the first training school in England to gain accreditation to offer the Whisky Ambassador programme.
The Mixology Group’s Mixology School can now offer the specialist training in London and Brighton as well as at bars and restaurants. Its director Myles Cunliffe has been given certification alongside the school’s expertly qualified trainer team to lead and teach the programme nationwide.
The Spirit Show will return to the Business Design Centre in Angel on the 1 and 2 December 2017 following the inaugural event last year.
The WSET will run a programme of talks and demonstrations for both trade and consumer visitors on the Tasting Stage.
British tonic and mixer brand Fentimans will also sponsor the new Cocktail experience stage, with a series of cocktail making classes for visitors in association with the Mixology Group.
