Spring is here!
And with it comes another delicious creation from the Mixology Group & Drink Me collaboration, this time a classy twist on the uncontested bartenders off duty cocktail choice!
This complex re-imagination on this Mixologists favourite, the Negroni, combines Escubac Liqueur, Noilly Pratt dry vermouth, Blackdown Artisanal Gin and Ferdinand Saars Bitters and transforms the powerful flavours and strong bitter notes into something little more delicate, the perfect cocktail for spring!

Our bespoke bartending school, here in the heart of Brighton, has gone from strength to strength this year.
We have been invited to demonstrate what can be learnt on our courses by various colleges in East Sussex and our Global Bartending Certificate course has proved very popular so far this year.
